well jamming was fun recently...we jammed quite alot of times recently it was like 3 sessions in 4 days....really fun...we jammed with hass one day coz ribbon didnt make it and we weren't jamming for quite long....(i finnaly bought a led zeppelin shirt tt day!!!yippee xD)....so hass was on guitar..dillon,bass and me drums...we just did some random shit...and i tell u dillon was frking awesome..i tot he was like an ok bassist...but i just realised that the left hand bass he got finally enabled him to show off whatever he had... he was shwoing me how he played dani california,charlie,soul to squeeze and death of a martian by red hot chili peppers on bass (these are not easy songs to play on bass)...and i only knew how to play drums for dani california coz i didnt see the way the drums are played on the other songs..so i just did my random shit....then...hass was quite good too...he learnt death of a martian and charlie by rhcp in like 2 mins...we also did smoke on water for the fun of it...but we didnt read the guitar and bass tabs for the solo..... but the most fun session...was probably the one with ribbon,josh and dillon in dan studio....we jammed for 3hours! coz ribbon woke up late.....first we were like warming up and playing californication..but without ribbon coz he was still making his way to penin....then...ribbon came and dillon went down to fetch him....meanwhile...dillon's family was upstairs..with me and josh....dillon's little brother was damn cute.....he kept wanting to play the drums..and he never got his ass off it..... so i was like teaching him the basic shits of drumming and tot him the "easy" version of my sharona.....but he had a bit of difficulity reaching the bass and hi hat pedal.......finally ribbon came in with dillon and ribbon's dad...with a FENDER SQUIRE!!!!! the new fender line guitar!!!!...lol ribbon called it claire and made sure no one molested it.....especially dillo..who always had a perverted smile.... and who could forget the time when ribbon asked who was the other guy there...and he smsed me... "you better make sure he isn't indian coz if he is i will shove the neck of dillon's bass up his ass..." so when he came...we were playing californication..here and there...while ribbon's dad was there....joshua was singing coz we needed the timing and josh didnt learn californication before and didnt bring his guitar....then when ribbon's dad left...ribbbon asked him..."so what do u think of our band? bad right?" and he was like" no....good....really good...just work on the singing..."......then ribbon made some random shit riff..which was really nice..(with distortion)kindaa abit like symptom of the universe by sabbath...but not as elaborate but more symphonic..than heavy metal....and the drums have more notes and it really doesnt sound like symptom if u hear it at once....then we also jammed...other stuff with bass only...like my sharona..a bit of scar tissue(with guitar) soul to squeeze..very little of smoke on water...and wonderful tonight....well tmrw....i'll be going with the gang after trng....and hopefully we could actually do run to the hills by iron maiden!!! and wonderful tonight...rape me and smells like teen spirit and parallel universe....
